Product Information
We try our best to provide you with very detailed product information in our product descriptions. If you have additional questions contact us at wildburro@littledesertanimals.com. We will reply to you promptly via e-mail. If you prefer a phone call, leave your phone number and a preferred time to call. You can also contact us directly at 1-520-466-8353.
All items are in stock unless the item is listed as “Made to Order”.  Product descriptions provide accurate processing times for Made to Order items. If there is a delay in production we will contact you and provide a delivery update.
All jewelry items are sent in a gift box with a pretty ribbon. Our product descriptions provide packaging details. Contact us if you prefer additional gift packaging. Some items are not available for gift boxing due to their size or weight. We’re happy to include a note from you.

Payment Information
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after placing your order.
We accept e-checks through payPal. Items are not shipped until PayPal provides e-check clearance. You will be notified with a shipping update when PayPal provides approval of your e-check.
We also accept a check or money order as a valid form of payment. Contact us at  wildburro@littledesertanimals.com or 520-466-8353 to reserve your item before sending payment. Most of our items are one of a kind or limited quantity and prior approval is needed before sending payment. Payments must be received within 7 business days or the order will be cancelled.
Arizona Residents
Little Desert Animals is located in Arizona. Our physical presence in Arizona requires us to collect sales tax on purchases made in our state. State laws require sales tax to be collected according to the address where the merchandise is shipped.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. Made to order items are shipped within the time frame listed in the item’s product description. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified promptly.
Most orders within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS will provide you with Priority mail tracking updates via e-mail. Some items, such as postcards, buttons and magnets, ship USPS Standard delivery. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class service. If shipping to your country is not provided in the shipping options please contact us at wildburro@littledesertanimals.com.
Orders shipping to international destinations will arrive in approximately 14-21 business days via the local postal service. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Due to size and customs restrictions, some items available for sale in the US are not available for international shipment. International shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship oversized items outside of the US.
Please contact us for domestic or international Express and Overnight delivery. We will provide you with a quote.

Returns & Exchanges
All Little Desert Animals merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. Returns in original condition are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Little Desert Animals is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
